Right of Withdrawal

Unless an exception applies, the User may have the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period (typically 14 days) for any reason and without justification. The User can find further details about the right of withdrawal in this section.

Who is Entitled to the Right of Withdrawal?

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, Users who qualify as European Consumers are legally entitled to withdraw from online contracts (distance contracts) within the specified time period, for any reason and without justification.

Users who do not meet these requirements are not entitled to the rights described in this section.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Controller an unequivocal statement of their intention to withdraw from the contract.

For this purpose, the User may use the standard withdrawal form available in the definitions section of this document. However, the User is free to communicate their intention to withdraw from the contract in any suitable form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the User must send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

When Does the Withdrawal Period Expire?

• For the purchase of goods:
  The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the User or a third party designated by the User (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

• For the purchase of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, or in the case of purchasing a single item consisting of multiple lots or pieces delivered separately:
  The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the User or a third party designated by the User (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last item, lot, or piece.

Effects of Withdrawal

The Controller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (if paid by the User), to Users who have correctly exercised their right of withdrawal.

However, any additional cost resulting from the User's choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery option offered by the Controller shall be borne by the User.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date the Controller was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The User shall not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

For Contracts Involving the Purchase of Physical Goods

Unless the Controller has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Controller or to another person authorized to receive them without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the carrier or an authorized person before the expiration of the 14-day period described above. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the User has provided proof of having returned them.

The User is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

Return Policy – Online Shop Only

The return policy is ONLY VALID FOR ONLINE PURCHASES and does not apply to purchases made in physical stores.

Purchases made in physical stores are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged if the exchange is requested within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition, with all tags and security seals intact.
