Shipping Methods
- Express shipping cost: €10
- Shipments within Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City are handled by GLS, FedEx, and TNT.
For all shipments outside the European Union, an official invoice declaring the value of each item is included, as required by customs procedures.
Delivery Times
LORENZETTI ships worldwide using GLS, FedEx, and TNT.
Available Items
- Items that are already in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
- During sales or promotional periods, shipping times may be longer.
Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available in stock.
- Payment is processed at the time of order, even though the goods will be shipped later in the season.
We would like to remind our new customers that LORENZETTI may request a transaction verification from a third-party provider acting as an independent data controller.
This verification process may cause slight delays in order shipments.
LORENZETTI reserves the right to ship the order only to the billing address.
Estimated Delivery Times (from shipping date)
- Europe – European Union – Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days, depending on the destination.
- Europe – European Union – Express Shipping:
- 1-3 business days for main destinations
- 2-4 business days for remote destinations
LORENZETTI is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks or force majeure beyond LORENZETTI’s control.
Public Holidays in Italy (No Shipments)
In Italy, the following public holidays affect shipping schedules, as couriers do not operate on these days:
- January 1 – New Year's Day
- January 6 – Epiphany
- Easter Sunday and Easter Monday
- April 25 – Liberation Day
- May 1 – Labor Day
- June 2 – Republic Day
- August 15 – Assumption Day (Ferragosto)
- November 1 – All Saints' Day
- December 8 – Immaculate Conception
- December 25 – Christmas Day
- December 26 – St. Stephen's Day
Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, customers receive an email notification from LORENZETTI with the tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
If there are any delays due to customs clearance, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by LORENZETTI.
