Although the products on lorenzetti.luxury are presented with the highest technical accuracy possible, the representation on lorenzetti.luxury by any means (including, where applicable, graphic materials, images, colors, sounds) is to be understood as a mere reference and does not imply any guarantee regarding the characteristics of the purchased product.

Purchase Procedure

Each step, from product selection to order submission, is part of the purchase process.

The purchase process includes the following steps:

Vouchers

• The voucher can only be redeemed in full at the time of purchase – partial use is not allowed;
• Unless otherwise specified, single-use vouchers can only be redeemed once per purchase and, therefore, only once even in the case of installment purchases;
• Vouchers are not cumulative;
• The voucher must be used within the specified validity period. Once expired, the voucher will be automatically canceled. No claims, including reimbursement of the voucher value, can be made;
• Users are not entitled to any credit/refund/compensation if there is a difference between the voucher's value and the redeemed value;
• The voucher is intended exclusively for non-commercial use. Reproduction, counterfeiting, and commercialization of the voucher are strictly prohibited, as well as any unlawful activity related to the purchase and/or use of the voucher.

Some payment methods are subject to additional conditions or involve extra costs. Detailed information is provided in the relevant section of lorenzetti.luxury.

All payments are independently managed by third-party services. Therefore, lorenzetti.luxury does not collect payment-related data – such as credit card numbers – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed.

If the payment made with one of the available methods fails or is rejected by the payment service provider, the owner is not obliged to fulfill the order. If the payment is unsuccessful, the owner reserves the right to request reimbursement from the user for any related expenses or damages.

Authorization for Future Payments via PayPal

If the user authorizes the PayPal function that enables future purchases, lorenzetti.luxury will store an identification code linked to the user's PayPal account. This allows lorenzetti.luxury to automatically process payments for future purchases or periodic installment payments of a previous purchase.

The authorization can be revoked at any time by contacting the owner or adjusting the personal settings on PayPal.

Retention of Ownership

Until full payment of the purchase price is received by the owner, the user does not acquire ownership of the ordered products.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the user and according to the methods indicated in the order summary.

Upon delivery, users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

Delivery may take place in the countries or territories specified in the relevant section of lorenzetti.luxury.

Delivery times are indicated on lorenzetti.luxury or during the purchase process.

Failed Delivery

The owner is in no way liable for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions by the user in completing the purchase order, nor for any damages or delays occurring after delivery to the courier if the latter was arranged by the user.

If the goods are not delivered or collected at the designated time or within the specified period, they will be returned to the owner, who will contact the user to schedule a second delivery attempt or agree on further measures.

Unless otherwise specified, any delivery attempts from the second attempt onward will be at the user's expense.

Payment Processing
